The Information Technology Leaders Forum(ITLF) was founded by Mike Murray in 2007 as a way for Information Technology Managers, Directors, CTOs and CIOs to trade visions and ideas in people management, project management and technology.
Many managers in IT come from a technology background. They start as systems administrators, network administrators, data operators, etc. When moving into the management realm, many of these new managers are left with a feeling of disorientation and high stress levels as they try to deal with managing people for the first time. The ITLF brings managers from diverse backgrounds together to discuss all realms of management. A team focus on learning new skills by trading information, visions and ideas.
